Maloof, Dundee Oregon

Maloof wines was started by business partners Bee and Ross Maloof in 2015.  The first five vintages of the project were entirely negociant, until in 2019 when they had the opportunity to take over one of the oldest extant commercial vineyards in the state of Oregon. Planted in 1973, No Clos Radio is the vineyard and winery home for the project. The farm is really off the beaten path, tucked away on the eastern edge of the Pacific Coastal range, far removed from the heart of the winemaking community in the Willamette Valley. In the summer months, the crew operates as a full service French Café in the woods.

Today, the winery has four people intimately involved. Bee, Ross, Michelle McCaw (also Bee's FIANCÉ woot woot), and Perry Heistuman, who has been with the team for over five years. The whole crew does everything from weeping on the tractor (farming?), winemaking, playing restaurant, and selling the wine.
